Ambitus is a wine aged on its fermentation lees, which gives it a brilliant appearance.
When the wine has finished fermenting, sediment falls to the bottom of the vat. We stir this twice to keep it in suspension. This nourishes the wine and gives it added richness on the palate, as well as a unique impression of minerality.
This wine is very popular and has won several awards. It is exported to Canada in 75 cl bottles with a cork stopper.
