Between tradition and fantasy, the Chasselas: “Ambitus” is a selection of the best grape juices offering all the heard of the aromas characterizing the Chasselas.

The main characteristic of this Chasselas is in its breeding. The Chasselas selection “Ambitus” is a wine grown on lees. The lees are deposits created by the first fermentation of the grape juice in wine also called alcoholic fermentation. The aging on the lees consists in putting the lees in suspense in the tank by stirring them very delicately, this process allows to nourish the wine and thus brings him a softer attack in mouth.
