Dégustation du Crescendo Gamay
Thanks to a deliberately very limited production, this wine offers an astonishing vitality. Slow winemaking in French oak barrels makes it possible to extract the most subtle, slightly spicy aromas. Its fine tannins give it a remarkable finesse in the mouth.
Easily paired with grilled red meats, risotto with boletus and strong cheeses, and simmered dishes.
