Oak barrel aging: 12 months
« Gamaret » is a Swiss grape born in the 1970s, obtained by a cross between Gamay and Reichensteiner. For lovers of racy wines, this mono-grape wine aged in French oak barrels remains the favorite of the Alain Rolaz. The Crescendo Gamaret will fully deliver its aromas after 2-3 years spent in your cellar
Tasting the Crescendo Gamaret
Very colorful, dense, full-bodied, it develops in the mouth aromas of black fruits with good tannins.
Served in a carafe, it is a wonderful wine for fine diners, especially “la chasse” and grilled meats or in sauce.
